JayshriVan — our tree-plantation app

Jayshri Foundation's own digital platform, live and free for everyone at jayshrivan.org (also jayshrivan.com). You sign in with Google, stand at the sapling you planted, and the app records it — GPS captured automatically, address filled in from the coordinates, and the photo checked by plant-identification AI to confirm it really is the species you selected. The location and date are burned into the picture, and no two trees can be registered within one metre of each other.

The tree then gets a public timeline. You return at 1, 3 and 6 months, then 1, 2, 3 and 5 years to record its height, health and a fresh photo — and you must be within 20 metres of the tree, verified on the server, so no update can be faked from home. Every verified update earns credits for you and for your organisation.

Beyond a single tree, the app runs the whole ecosystem: organisations (schools, panchayats, companies — certificate-approved), named plantation drives with targets and dates, gifting a tree or assigning a caretaker, a species catalogue with planting and nursery guidance, and live statistics — including a panel that counts the trees planted in your own village, district and state.

Jayshri Kisan Mitra App

A free, Hindi-first mobile app for farmers — built for our own district first and open to any — live mandi rates, block-level weather and hailstorm alerts, government schemes with eligibility and last dates, a sowing and fertiliser calendar, photo-based pest diagnosis, soil health readings, direct buyer connect and a one-tap kisan helpline.

Designed for the cheapest Android phone, with a voice button for anyone who does not read comfortably and an offline mode for tolas where the network dies after sunset. Free for every farmer, forever — no subscription, no commission.

Winter 2025–26

Blanket Distribution Program — Korgi & Tedha

During the severe winter season of 2025–26, Jayshri Foundation organised a Blanket Distribution Program to support underprivileged and needy families in rural communities.

A total of 150 blankets were distributed across several villages under Korgi Gram Panchayat, ensuring that elderly people, widows, persons with disabilities and economically weaker families received much-needed warmth during the harsh winter. Additionally, 50 blankets were distributed to needy residents of Tedha Gram Panchayat.

Shiksha Samman Samaroh 2025

Jayshri Foundation successfully organised the Shiksha Samman Samaroh to recognise and encourage meritorious students and dedicated educational institutions. The programme celebrated academic excellence by honouring outstanding students with certificates and awards.

A General Knowledge Competition was also conducted to promote learning, confidence and healthy competition among school children. Through this initiative the Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting quality education and inspiring the next generation to achieve excellence.

Winter 2024–25

Blankets Distribution in Dhanaura Village

The Jayshri Foundation distributed 150 blankets to the needy residents of Dhanaura Village during the harsh winter of 2024–25. The event, held at the village community centre, was organised by volunteers and community leaders, and was inaugurated by the Foundation's president, Mrs. Santosh Gupta.

Through careful surveys the most vulnerable families were identified, ensuring a smooth and organised distribution process. This initiative provided much-needed relief, especially to the elderly, children and families living in poorly insulated homes.

May 2024

Free RO Water in Clay Pitchers at Court Parisar

In May 2024 the Jayshri Foundation installed free RO water in clay pitchers at the Court Parisar to benefit poor clients and advocates. This initiative provides clean, safe drinking water, promoting health and well-being. Clay pitchers, chosen for their natural cooling properties, offer an eco-friendly solution while reducing plastic waste.

Inaugurated by Mrs. Santosh Gupta, the installation has received positive feedback from clients, advocates and court staff. Future plans include expanding similar installations to other public areas.

2023

Chhath Puja Prasadam Distribution

The prasad distribution during Chhath Puja 2023 was a well-organised community effort involving meticulous planning and execution. An organising committee managed the budget, resource allocation and procurement of ingredients, while volunteers prepared and packaged the prasad.

Multiple distribution points at the puja venue ensured efficient and orderly distribution to all devotees, including the elderly and differently-abled. Local businesses contributed ingredients and logistical support, and leftover prasad was distributed to shelters — reinforcing the spirit of sharing.

December 2022

Blankets Distribution Across 7 Villages

In December 2022 the Jayshri Foundation distributed 250 blankets to needy residents across seven villages — Korgi, Dumra, Chak Dumra, Panika Tola and Jorkahu among them — during a severe cold wave. Volunteers and local community leaders identified the most vulnerable households, ensuring effective distribution.

The initiative, overseen by Mrs. Santosh Gupta, received heartfelt gratitude from the villagers, particularly benefiting the elderly, children and families in poorly insulated homes.

2022

Chhath Puja Event — Prasad, Tent & Ganga Arti

Jayshri Foundation organised a prasad distribution event and tent arrangement in Dudhi, and Ganga Arti in Wyndhamganj — the Foundation's first festival-scale community programme after registration.
