“Come together to make society better & beautiful.”

Registered Trust · Reg. No. IV-37/2022

Giving back through life‑changing experiences.

We began where the need was loudest — Dudhi, in a district they call the energy capital of India, whose own villages still meet winter in torn quilts. 850 blankets handed over by hand, bright students honoured, cold water kept flowing at the courthouse. And through JayshriVan, anyone, anywhere can now plant a tree and prove it is still growing. We started in one block — we are not staying there.

“Unless civil society is involved proactively in development, sustainable change will not happen.” — Our guiding principle
About Us

Making a lasting positive impact together.

Dudhi is a tribal block in the far south-eastern corner of Uttar Pradesh, where a bad winter is still something families simply endure. Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work here, we formed the trust in 2022 and have grown every single year since. Believing in the principle of ‘Civic Driven Change’, we sensitise civil society so that people become partners in the mission — not just spectators.

We are not a distant office writing reports. We are the neighbours who knock on the door, do the survey, load the tempo, and stand in the cold until the last blanket has found a shoulder.

  • Ground verified, always — a household survey precedes every distribution, so help reaches the widow and the daily-wager first, not the loudest voice.
  • 100% transparent — every drive is photographed, dated and published on this website. Nothing disappears between the donor and the doorstep.
  • Volunteer powered — teachers, advocates, engineers and students who take leave from their own lives to serve their own district.
  • Building for tomorrow — with JayshriVan already live and the Kisan Mitra App on the way, we are moving from one-time relief to technology that keeps working.
“Only through education and values is the true upliftment of society possible.” The Foundation's stated motto · Trust Deed IV-37/2022
What We Do

Six fronts. One promise.

Relief where it is urgent, dignity where it is denied, and technology where it can change a family's income for good.

How every rupee travels

Four steps, no shortcuts. This is the discipline that keeps a village trust honest.

Listen

Volunteers walk the tolas and talk to the pradhan, the anganwadi worker and the school master before a single rupee is spent.

Survey

A written household list is prepared — age, income, roof type, disability — so the most vulnerable rise to the top.

Deliver

Goods are bought in bulk, checked for quality and handed over in person on a fixed date at the village centre.

Publish

Photos, counts and dates go straight onto this website — so every donor can see exactly where their help landed.

Our Green App · Live Now

JayshriVan — plant a tree, then prove it's still growing.

Anyone can plant a sapling for a photo. Almost nobody comes back a year later. JayshriVan is the app Jayshri Foundation built to fix exactly that — a free platform where you register the tree you planted, and then keep proving, milestone after milestone, that it is alive.

The app is live and open to everyone at jayshrivan.org. You sign in with Google, stand at the tree, and the app captures the GPS itself. The photo is checked by AI to confirm it really is a plant of the species you chose, the location is stamped into the picture, and no two trees can be registered within a metre of each other. After that the tree gets a public timeline that anyone in the world can open and audit.

Four steps, and the tree is on record forever

Plant it

Dig, plant, water. Pick your species from the app's catalogue — each one carries a guide on how to plant it and how the nursery raises it.

Register it

Stand at the sapling. The app takes the GPS, fills in your village, district and state on its own, and burns the coordinates and date into the photo.

Prove it

Come back at 1, 3 and 6 months, then 1, 2, 3 and 5 years. You must be within 20 metres of the tree — the server checks, not just the app.

Earn & share

Every verified update earns credits for you and for your organisation. The tree's whole timeline stays public for anyone to see.

Inside the app

Built for real villages, not for a demo

🤖

AI-verified photos

Every planting and growth photo is run through plant-identification AI. If the picture isn't a plant — or is clearly a different species than the one you selected — the app says so before it uploads. Photos are also screened for inappropriate content.

📍

You have to actually be there

A growth update is rejected unless your phone is within 20 metres of the tree, and the check runs on the server — so it can't be faked from home. Two trees also can't be registered within one metre of each other.

📈

A timeline per tree

Height, health, condition and a dated photo at every milestone — 1, 3 and 6 months, then 1, 2, 3 and 5 years. Open any tree and you can scroll its whole life.

🎁

Gift a tree, or hand over its care

Gift a tree to someone and the credits travel with it. Or keep ownership and assign a caretaker — a student, a neighbour, a gardener — who does the updates on your behalf.

🏢

Organisations & drives

Schools, panchayats, companies and NGOs can register (with certificate approval), run named plantation drives with a target and dates, and watch their members' plantings roll up into one organisational score.

📊

Live public statistics

Planting charts by month and year, cumulative growth, survival rate, species and district breakdowns — plus a “trees planted around you” panel that counts the trees in your own village, district, state and country.

Jayshri Kisan Mitra — har kisan ki jeb mein ek salahkar.

In our villages a farmer still sells at whatever price the trader announces, sprays whatever the shopkeeper suggests, and hears about a government scheme only after the last date has passed. Kisan Mitra is our answer: one free app that puts every piece of information a farmer needs into his own hand, in his own language.

Built Hindi-first and Bhojpuri-friendly, designed to run on the cheapest Android phone, with a voice button for anyone who does not read comfortably, and an offline mode for the tolas where the network drops after sunset. Free for every farmer, forever — no subscription, no commission.

📈Live Mandi BhavDaily rates from nearby mandis, with a 7-day trend so you know when to hold and when to sell.

President's Message

A message from our President

The purpose of Jayshri Foundation is not limited to education alone — it is the all-round development of society. We believe that education is the lamp that dispels the darkness of ignorance and gives society a new direction, and that values are the foundation on which responsible citizens are built.

This institution is built on the ideals and dreams of my father and source of inspiration, the late Jayashri Prasad Gupta — Jayashri Guruji. His life teaches us that if we make education, service and values the root of our own lives, no section of society can be left behind. Today I can say with full confidence that with your support and blessings we will not only keep the flame of education alive, but will also do notable work in women's empowerment, social unity and environmental protection.

Let us resolve together: that no child is deprived of education, that no family shivers in the cold, and that no section of society is denied opportunity and dignity. Education, service and values are our greatest wealth — and they will be the strongest foundation of our future.
